Genna Marx Brisson, Vice President of Operations and Contract Administration, has more than 20 years of experience in planning, design, administration, and operation of programs and specialty health care facilities including forensic and civil psychiatric hospitals, sex offender treatment programs, community mental health treatment facilities, residential mental health facilities, and child welfare programs. She is currently responsible for the oversight of sexually violent predator facilities, competency restoration programs housed in correctional institutions, and other secure treatment facilities across five states. Her oversight responsibilities include facility management, food services, client relations, contract administration and management, legal, business development, strategic planning, performance improvement, and risk management. Ms. Brisson works to assure that all facilities have systems and processes necessary for maintaining a safe, secure, and functional patient care environment and coordinates resources necessary to support and implement facility strategic planning activities. Ms. Brisson joined CCRS in 2007 as Director of Contract Compliance and transitioned to the Director of Operations role in 2012 before assuming her current role in 2016.
